ESPN Films recently announced the launch of 30 for 30 Podcasts, a new series of original, high-quality sports stories in the likeness of the acclaimed 30 for 30 documentaries, but made exclusively for audio. Producers Jody Avirgan, Julia Henderson and Andrew Mambo discuss their approach to telling a compelling story in audio form, and share exclusive clips from two upcoming podcasts, scheduled to launch in June.

Unrest allows audiences to access the world of chronic illness and disability in an exploratory, user-led experience, drawing upon sensory meditations on pain, fatigue, and neurosensory symptoms to allow the public a visceral and personal experience of a hard-to-understand condition. The Award-Winning Notes on Blindness is an interactive experience which uses real time 3D, virtual reality, and binaural sound to explore the interior world of blindness. TRIBECA LOUNGE TALKS - IBM - THE QUEST FOR AI AND CREATIVITY

IBM Fellow Dr. John Smith talks with VR creator Kevin Cornish (Remember:Remember, TFF 2017) about the organic integration of Artificial Intelligence in entertainment. Cornish is the creator of the upcoming VR project 36Q, which uses AI in its interface to examine how a user can fall in love with someone using a simple set of questions. Based on a famed NYT Modern Love column, the VR experience will integrate Watson’s ability to interpret spoken words in a unique and enlightening manner. RUSH SALES POLICY

When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
