Philip Kelly began working as an editor on sports and music festival coverage for Irish Film & Television Services, eventually moving onto creating video content and directing music videos. He wrote and directed the 'silent' short, Pairs & Spares, in 2010 (premiered at the Kerry Film Festival 2011); his second short film, Scratch, was commissioned by Galway Film Centre in 2012, and premiered at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival in 2013.

RUSH SALES POLICY

When tickets for a screening or event are no longer available, they will be listed as RUSH. The Rush system functions as a stand-by line that will form at the venue approximately 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin 15 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets payable upon entry. There is a limit of one Rush Ticket per person.
