Watch the ‘Summer in February’ Trailer Starring Dominic Cooper and Dan Stevens

Inspired by a true story, ‘Summer in February’ features a sweeping love triangle among artists set against the breathtaking English coast of the Edwardian era.

Based on Jonathan Smith’s beloved novel of the same name, Summer in February centers around an enthralling and tragic love triange in lush Cornwall during the period leading up to World War I.Dominic Cooper stars as AJ (later Sir Alfred) Munnings, a womanizing but charming painter, who enjoys life in a free-thinking artist's colony and the frequent visits from his friend, Gilbert Evans (Downton Abbey's Dan Stevens). When the beautiful Florence Carter-Wood (Emily Browning) arrives to work on her own artistic endeavors, both men soon become smitten and actively pursue her affections. Directed by Christopher Menaul, Summer in February is an entrancing exploration of bohemian love and loss in a beautiful English setting.

Summer in February hits VOD and digital platforms on Tuesday, January 7 with a select theatrical rollout to follow.
