She partners with global brands to build storytelling that connects with audiences and delivers real business results. Under her leadership, the studio was named Agency of the Year at the 2024 Brand Film Awards. Prior to BBC Studios, Farra held leadership roles at WeWork, where as Senior Director of Global Content she positioned content as a driver of brand authority and revenue; at theSkimm, where as VP of Content Studios she expanded a multi-million-subscriber newsletter into a multi-platform media brand and launched Skimm This, its first daily news podcast; and at NBCUniversal. As Director of Digital for MSNBC, she oversaw creative and operations for MSNBC.com, drove the network to its strongest year ever in digital video, and launched its first podcasting arm, including Chris Hayes' award-winning program "Why Is This Happening?" Throughout her career, she has focused on the power of storytelling to shape perception, build trust, and inspire action.
