A young couple at the airport turns the terminal into an amusement park as arriving and departing flights are announced. Holiday is a melancholic tale playfully staged with magical imagery.

Anna Duell, born in Stockholm in 1962, is a freelance filmmaker, who has produced a number of short films, documentaries, and dance films for Swedish television. She was originally a dancer, trained at the Royal Swedish Ballet and the Cullberg Ballet. She was educated in photography at GFU and in film at Stockholm Film School. Holiday is her first short fiction film.
