True story. Jimmy's landlord in Brooklyn was more than a bit senile, she was crazy. After eight years of forgetting who Jimmy was, one day she asks him to buy her an ice cream sandwich. An odd request, considering it's the middle of winter and she's sitting outside on her lawn chair.

He later made the multi-award-winning short, Bust A Move, starring Tony-winning actor Dan Fogler. His webisode series, The Click Five, was a popular music series on YouTube.
