One of the freshest voices in cinema today, British filmmaker Andrea Arnold sits down with fellow filmmaker Ira Sachs for a conversation about her work - from her debut feature Red Road to the highly acclaimed Fish Tank.

U.K. born Andrea Arnold has been involved in the film festival circuit as a filmmaker, as a member of several juries and in the role of New York Film Festival’s inaugural Filmmaker in Residence. In 2005 her short film, Wasp, earned Arnold an Academy Award. She has also acquired two BAFTA awards and two jury prizes at Cannes as well as a multitude of festival accolades for her films, Milk, Dog, Red Road, Fish Tank and Wuthering Heights. On television she has directed two episodes of the acclaimed Amazon series Transparent. Arnold's latest film, American Honey staring Shia LaBeouf and Riley Keough was recently acquired by A24 and will be released later this year.
