Franchesca Ramsey is a writer, actress and video blogger who came to prominence 2012 video, Sh*t White Girls Say...to Black Girls (SWGSTBG), which went viral and garnered over 1.5 million views in 24 hours and 5 million views in just 5 days. It also made a lot of white girls cry. She is now the host of MTV’s popular vlog Decoded, and was formerly the correspondent for Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show. She has been featured on MSNBC, ABC, The Daily Mail, and the Anderson Cooper talk show, to name a few. She can be found on social media @chescaleigh.

Aisha Harris is a culture writer and editor for Slate and the host of the Slate podcast, Represent, in which she discusses film and television from the perspectives of people of color, women, the LGBTQ community, and other underrepresented groups. She’s also been seen and heard on a variety of TV and radio/podcast outlets, including NPR, the BBC, the CBC, MSNBC, CNN, Good Morning America, CBS Evening News, and Charlie Rose.
