HIDDEN INSIDE MOUNTAINS

Music
The sound of violins, bells, dog barks, and Laurie Anderson's electronic music all come crashing together in this oneiric film about nature and artifice. Set in a fictitious world of theatrical spaces, Hidden Inside Mountains tells several stories through music, gesture, evocative images, and text. In many ways a cinematic manifestation of director Laurie Anderson's ethos, the film features an original score written and recorded by Anderson, with additional vocals by Antony. In English and Japanese.
