8-year-old Rap Portraitist of 'Live Fast, Draw Yung' Talks About his NYC Visit

Lenox Buringrud, known as Yung Lenox, rose to Instagram fame with his illustrations of his favorite rappers and inspired the short documentary Live Fast, Draw Yung, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival this year. Lenox and family journeyed to NYC for the Festival premiere, took some great vacation photos, and shared them alongside Lenox's great 8-year-old wisdom.

Lenox provides his commentary on a few NYC staples, like the world's largest Toys R Us (“It was tall, but not like normal Toys ‘R’ Us”) the naked cowboy ("he had his underwear on") and the city in general ("it's kinda smelly.") Check out the rest of his account at the New York Times' T Magazine.
