It’s that time of year again! One of our favorite NYC events is, without a doubt, the annual TFI Gala Benefit where film lovers and supporters of the arts are able to offer their support to some of the industry’s most exciting new filmmakers, as well as thousands of NYC public school students.

As is tradition, the TFI Gala Benefits offers attendees the opportunity to see a special advance screening of an upcoming release.  Past films that have screened at the Gala Benefit have included Rent, Quantum of Solace, Silver Linings Playbook, Skyfall and Grudge Match.  This year’s screening will be the highly-anticipated ensemble dramedy This Is Where I Leave You, starring Tina Fey, Jason Bateman, Jane Fonda, Corey Stoll, Timothy Olyphant and Rose Byrne. The movie will start at 7 pm at AMC Loews Lincoln Square, followed by a party at the beautifully renovated Tavern on the Green.

Tickets to TFI’s annual Gala Benefit are currently on-sale with several different packages available, ranging from screening-only tickets for $150 to the Leadership level at $50,000. Buyers will get the benefit of a charitable tax deduction and the satisfaction of helping TFI with supporting new voices in storytelling.
