Directed by the legendary Steve Buscemi, the NY-based band Vampire Weekend performed as a nice musical bookend to this year's Festival.

(UPDATE: it happened! Watch the concert, archived here.)

There's only two days left until our closing-night event with the Grammy-nominated Vampire Weekend.  A staple of the New York music scene since their early days at Columbia University, the band will kick-off the fourth year of the #AmexUNSTAGED series, created by American Express® in partnership with VEVO and YouTube, and manning the cameras from this premiere Gotham event will be none other than Steve Buscemi.

The famed actor and established writer/director has the honor of directing the concert, which will be live streamed on TFF’s final night on Amex Unstaged and VEVO. The event will take place in NYC at Roseland Ballroom on Sunday night at 9PM ET / 6PM PT. Need more info? Check out the event's facebook page.

Cyber viewers will be able to watch exclusive digital content (like behind-the-scenes video) and will be able to control their viewing experience throughout the show by switching between the main stream feed and alternate vantage points from the band members’ perspectives on #amexUNSTAGED.

Feeling social? The famed Brooklyn Bowl will be hosting a viewing party of the live-stream of the show with full concert sound. Admission is free and the doors open at 6PM. Feel free to join us for a little fun, food and bowling this Sunday night.
