I always like to tell people - Tribeca kind of found me, I didn't find Tribeca.

Chef Marc Forgione of the NYC staple American Cut Steakhouse and self-titled Restaurant Marc Forgione brought us inside his restaurant as he prepared Cuban sandwiches for the after party celebrating the premiere of Chef, written and directed by Jon Favreau, which is now out in theaters. 

Forgione gives us a delectable-looking peek into what it's like being a part of one of the hottest NYC restaurants, the pressure that comes along with it, and the incredible reward that pays off for harnessing the passion to do what you love - much like the film itself. Stars Favreau, Sofia Vergara, and Oliver Platt weigh in as well.
