NEW YORK – (August, 28 2024) – Tribeca today announced its fall membership program, featuring seven film and TV premieres followed by conversations with the filmmakers, creators, and stars. The events are available exclusively for Tribeca Members.
September events include the world premiere of Paramount+’s Emmy-nominated “Tulsa King” season two with Sylvester Stallone; the New York premiere of Paramount+’s “Apartment 7A,” a prequel to the legendary horror classic “Rosemary’s Baby,” starring Golden Globe winner Julia Garner, Academy Award winner Dianne Wiest, Jim Sturgess, and Kevin McNally; and a special screening of Amazon MGM Studios’ “A Very Royal Scandal,” based on the interview between Emily Maitlis (Ruth Wilson) and Prince Andrew (Michael Sheen) over the scandalous accusations he faced regarding his involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Giuffre.
"Since we kicked off Tribeca Membership in April, we’ve thrown over a dozen events for our entertainment-loving community—from chilling with Larry David before the ‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ finale to premiering ‘A Quiet Place: Day One.’ And guess what? Our fall lineup is going to be just as epic," teased Tribeca Co-Founder and CEO Jane Rosenthal. “This fall, we'll team up with Amazon MGM, Paramount+, MAX, and more to deliver the ultimate film and TV experiences, complete with member's only premieres and exclusive behind-the-scenes talkbacks with some of our all-time favorite stars and creators.”
In October, members can look forward to the North American premiere of Abramorama’s “Placebo: This Search For Meaning” about the rock band, directed by Oscar Sansom and special screenings of Amazon’s “House of Spoils” starring Ariana DeBose and Barbie Ferreira, Max’s “Caddo Lake” starring Dylan O’Brien, Eliza Scanlen, and Lauren Ambrose, and Ketchup Entertainment’s “Goodrich” with Michael Keaton and Mila Kunis.

Last month, Tribeca members were treated to first looks at groundbreaking cinema and television with the world premiere of the final season of HBO’s “My Brilliant Friend” starring Alba Rohrwacher and Irene Maiorino, Magenta Light’s horror-thriller “Strange Darling” directed and written by JT Mollner and starring Willa Fitzgerald, Kyle Gallner, Ed Begley Jr. and Barbara Hershey, and the New York premiere of A&E’s documentary “Ol’ Dirty Bastard: A Tale of Two Dirtys” about the iconic Grammy-nominated musician and legendary founding member of the hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan directed by Sam Pollard and Jason Pollard.
To date, Tribeca Membership has hosted a conversation with Larry David ahead of the "Curb Your Enthusiasm" series finale, an advanced screening of "Ezra" with Robert De Niro and Bobby Cannavale, the world premiere of "A Quiet Place: Day One" starring Lupita Nyong'o, Joseph Quinn, and Alex Wolff, and more.

Andy Goodrich’s (Michael Keaton) life is upended when his wife and mother of their nine-year-old twins enters a 90-day rehab program, leaving him on his own with their young kids. Thrust into the world of modern parenthood, Goodrich leans on his daughter from his first marriage, Grace (Mila Kunis), as he ultimately evolves into the father Grace never had. Placebo: This Search For Meaning (North American Premiere) – October 8 at Tribeca Film Center
Since emerging from obscurity in the 1990s with provocative songs such as “Nancy Boy” and “Bruise Pristine”, Placebo forged a decidedly unfashionable path through the brazenly macho ‘Britpop’ scene. This intimate and enlightening film explores the ideas that inhabit the lyrics and subject matter of Placebo’s songs, whilst charting their evolution as a group and as human beings. Tulsa King Season 2, Episodes 1 & 2 (World Premiere) – September 17 at DGA New York Theater
In season two, Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) and his crew continue to build up and defend their growing empire in Tulsa but, just as they get their bearings, they realize that they’re not the only ones who want to stake their claim. With looming threats from the Kansas City mob and a very powerful local businessman, Dwight struggles to keep his family and crew safe while keeping track of all his affairs.
