JR, the French artist and star of the documentary Inside Out: The People’s Art Project (TFF 2013), has taken the New York stage by storm though his collaboration with the NYC Ballet Artist Series. As we reported a few weeks ago, the famed artistic institute commissioned JR to create a large-scale art photo installation featuring the gifted NYCB dancers. His creation was featured at three very special evening shows—the last held on February 13.
