Tickets Are Still Available to the TFI Gala Benefit

Want to attend the world premiere of ‘Grudge Match’ and lend your support to budding filmmakers and storytellers at the same time? Here’s your chance.

Tickets Are Still Available to the TFI Gala Benefit

One of the events we look forward to every year is the annual Tribeca Film Institute Gala Benefit. Film lovers and supporters of the arts are able to offer their support to some of the industry’s most exciting new filmmakers, as well as thousands of NYC public school students who are beginning to develop and hone their skills as storytellers.

Every year in connection with the Benefit, TFI offers attendees the opportunity to see a special advance screening of an upcoming release.  Past films that have screened at the Gala Benefit have included Rent, Quantum of Solace, New Year’s Eve, Silver Linings Playbook, and Skyfall. This year, we are happy to celebrate the gala benefit with the world premiere of Grudge Match, starring Sylvester Stallone and our very own Robert De Niro. Both are expected to attend the event along with other dynamic cast members like Kevin Hart, Alan Arkin, Kim Basinger and Jon Bernthal.

Tickets to TFI’s annual Gala Benefit are currently on-sale with several different packages available. Purchasers will get the benefit of a charitable tax deduction and the satisfaction of assisting TFI with championing new voices in storytelling.  Proceeds support TFF programs like Film Fellows that work with local high school students on script writing and go to talented upcoming filmmakers who need support and resources to bring their creative visions to the screen.

Need a statistic to clinch the deal? If you choose to contribute and participate, your support will help more than 73 of the world's most visionary new filmmakers, 63 of the city's brightest teenage storytellers and many, many more. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of a great night that gives back to so many?
