Concert of Mysteries

| Iran | 50 MINUTES | Farsi
Farzad is a virtuoso who has been taken to an asylum because he was supposed to emigrate to Holland. When his paperwork fell through, he went mad. In the asylum, he gives concerts and teaches music. We see his life in the heart of the institution, where most of the people are mad because of social pressure, because of lack of freedom. Instead, they have complete freedom: men and women are allowed to have normal relationships, women can keep their heads uncovered -- and most of them want to stay there.
