Tribeca strives to make the Tribeca Festival an inclusive experience for all. We will continue to expand our accessibility policies and practices in effort to provide accommodations for attendees and guests.

The following information pertains to in-person events and screenings at the 2022 Tribeca Festival. This page will be updated on a rolling basis.

Closed captions: Tribeca makes best efforts to ensure that films that are part of the regular film program slate have closed captions available. The online Festival guide will be regularly updated to indicate which screenings have closed captions. This information will be listed in the film details

Audio descriptions: Please refer to the film details in the online Festival guide to check if a film will have audio descriptions available.

Onsite accessibility devices: Closed captioning, assisted listening and/or audio description devices will be available at regular screening venues, including BMCC TPAC, Cin​​épolis Chelsea, SVA Theatre, Spring Studios and Village East by Angelika.

Please refer to the film details in the online Festival guide to check whether a film will have closed captions and/or audio descriptions available for in-person screenings.

ASL interpreters:If you require an ASL interpreter, please request at accessibility@tribecafilm.com at least 5 days prior to the event or screening.

Venue accessibility: Tribeca strives to use screening venues that are ADA compliant and accessible. We will also endeavor to provide information regarding the number and location of wheelchair accessible seats at a particular venue. Requests for such information should be made to accessbility@tribecafilm.com.

Tickets, Ticket Package and Passes: Patrons with disabilities that purchase a ticket, ticket package or pass prior to accessibility information being posted will be entitled to a full refund if such patron has accessibility concerns in connection with any of the Festival venues.

Discounted industry passes are available by request. Please email accessibility@tribecafilm.com about availability.

Personal attendants and aides: Patrons who require a personal attendant to join them to events may request a complimentary ticket or access for a companion. Please contact the Box Office to fulfill requests at boxoffice@tribecafilm.com or by phone at Local: (646) 502-5296 or (866) 941-FEST (3378).

Tribeca At Home screenings: Tribeca At Home is the online screening portion of the Tribeca Festival. Tribeca makes best efforts to ensure that films that are part of the regular film program slate have closed captions available on the At Home platform. The online Festival guide will be regularly updated to indicate which screenings have closed captions. This information will be listed in the film details.
