Donald Rice was born in Oxford in 1977 and was educated in England and Scotland. He left Edinburgh University with an M.A. in History of Art in 2000. Since then he has worked in New York for HartSharp Entertainment, and in London on the productions of Bright Young Things, Closer, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. He was Stephen Poliakoff's assistant on the set of the BBC's The Lost Prince in 2002. Traffic Warden is his first short film.

Admittance is based on availability and will begin roughly 10 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets and are payable upon entry.
