Academy Award-nominated director John R. Dilworth is a New York-based animation director and designer whose work has appeared on CBS, Showtime, HBO, FOX, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, MTV, Canal +, and Arte. He has produced thirteen independent films, which have traveled the film festival circuit, including The Dirdy Birdy, and The Mousochist. Dilworth is also the creator of the Cartoon Network series Courage the Cowardly Dog. Life in Transition is his thirteenth animated film.
