Birdlings Two is an experimental documentary about art, invention, fathers, and daughters. The filmmaker muses on her father's business career and its surprising origins at the National Film Board of Canada, where he made computer animation with Normal McLaren.

Davina Pardo will graduate in June from Stanford University's documentary film masters program. She directed Birdlings Two during her first year at Stanford and it has since screened at over a dozen festivals, including Toronto International Film Festival and Slamdance. She is currently completing her thesis film about a Rwandan genocide survivor. A native of Canada, Pardo plans to relocate to New York this summer.
