Brian Durnin has an M.A. in Film Production and Theory. The Secret Language is his third short, and his first in Gaelic. Besides directing short films, Durnin has a successful career directing commercials in Ireland for companies such as O2, Meteor, and Concern. He is currently in development on several projects, and he hopes to bring a quirky and individual style to his longer projects.
