M. Night Shyamalan has captured the attention of audiences worldwide, creating films that have grossed over $3.3 billion dollars. In 1999, Shyamalan wrote and directed the hit film The Sixth Sense. It received six Academy Award® nominations, including Best Picture, Director, and Original Screenplay. His other thrillers include Unbreakable, Signs, The Village, The Visit and Split. In 2019, Shyamalan released Glass, which made close to $250 million. On the TV side, Shyamalan released the second season of Servant for AppleTV+. He is currently shooting the third season and will release his newest film, old, for Universal later this summer. This talk will give a glimpse into this visionary director’s artistic process. Moderated by Alex Wolff.
