Photographed by Jerome A. Shaw, the campaign channels the unforgettable power of Rosa Parks's mugshot and the quiet glamour of Billie Holiday, among others.

A Musical Supercut of Movies in Movies
What you need to know: Eclectic Method's supercut remixes have ranged from the highbrow film - (2001: A Space Odyssey) to the cult classic (Ghostbusters) but are always consistently impressive. This latest one gets real meta, with a remix of all the different ways movies are discussed in, well, movies. 
Tribeca says: You can never get enough of movies.

Adobe's Kickbox
What you need to know: Companies are displaying new ways of valuing creativity among their employees. Adobe has created a “Kickbox” that any employee can request that includes tools that will allow them to test out an idea for a product, including pens, notebooks, a $10 Starbucks gift card and 1k on a prepaid credit card. 
Tribeca says: After reading into the steps necessary to “complete” the Kickbox, we are thinking the Starbucks gift card should have a lot more money on it. 

Stop Telling Women to Smile
What you need to know: "Stop Telling Women to Smile" is a 2012 art series from Tatyana Fazlalizadeh that profiles a range of women addressing their street harassers. Late last year, Fazlalizadeh took the project to Mexico City to tell the story of 76 local women and their experience with street harassment.
