He was previously the social intelligence lead at GSK and the social intelligence lead at Pfizer before that. Kofi is the Chief Marketing Officer at DoorDash, responsible for driving growth and engagement across all three sides of the marketplace - consumers, merchants and Dashers. Under his leadership, Kofi leads a global multidisciplinary team of marketing strategists, growth marketers, data analysts, content marketers and more, spearheading the company’s marketing initiatives to engage DoorDash’s customer base and foster a brand that remains culturally resonant at every touchpoint.

Prior to DoorDash, Kofi was VP of Brand & Consumer Marketing at Meta, having previously served as the company's Head of Consumer Marketing for internet.org. Kofi has a BA in Economics and International Studies from Macalester College. He lives in South Orange, NJ with his college-sweetheart-turned-wife, and their two young sons.
