An Emmy winner, Janice has been profiled by The New York Times and NPR, and received her alma mater Columbia Journalism School’s Alumni Award and two National Magazine Awards. Janice sits on the boards of Columbia Journalism School, UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center and the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center.

Ynon Kreiz is Chairman and CEO of Mattel, where he led a multi-year transformation strategy that established Mattel as an IP-driven, high-performing toy company. Mattel’s first movie, “Barbie,” achieved the largest global box office in 2023. Prior to Mattel, Kreiz was Chairman and CEO of Maker Studios, Chairman and CEO of the Endemol Group, and a General Partner at Balderton Capital (formerly Benchmark Capital Europe). Prior to Balderton, Kreiz co-founded Fox Kids Europe NV where he served as Chairman and CEO. He was named one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World in 2024.
