Justin Liberman, a published poet, made the jump to filmmaking by masterminding The Sweep, which won Best Actor (Michael Sandy), Best Director, and Best In Show at the 2001 Connecticut Film Festival. After that he produced and shot Farmers Market on location at Farm Aid ‘02 featuring Neil Young, Willie Nelson, Dave Matthews, and John Mellencamp. Liberman studied for two years under acclaimed filmmaker Michael Mann (Heat, The Insider, Ali). Y Nada Más is his first 35mm project.
