Christophe Guérin mainly works from film (Super 8, 16mm, 35mm) in order to obtain a video format for screening, after digital processing. He views the conjunction of the two technologies—film and video—as an enrichment, as his research is carried out both on the graphic dimension, temporality, and also on the sound dimension. Since 2000, about 20 of his experimental shorts have been screened at film festivals worldwide.
