Joss Whedon, director of The Avenger films and creator of cult classics Angel and Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, will talk to esteemed actor and collaborator Mark Ruffalo about his distinguished career.

Joss Whedon is one of Hollywood's top creators, scripting several hit films and creating one of television's most critically praised shows, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Whedon has earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Screenplay with Disney's box-office smash Toy Story. Whedon went on to write and direct Marvel’s superhero ensemble, The Avengers, which was a breakout success and became one of the highest grossing films of all time. Whedon co-created and directed the ABC television series Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and serves as an executive producer on the series.

Mark Ruffalo
Academy Award, SAG, Golden Globe, BAFTA & Emmy nominee Mark Ruffalo is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after actors. This year, Ruffalo was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance in the SAG-Award-winning and Academy-Award-winning Spotlight. He received a Golden Globe nomination for his role in Infinitely Polar Bear. Ruffalo will be seen this June in Now You See Me 2. Other credits include Foxcatcher (Academy Award, Golden Globe, SAG and BAFTA nominations), The Normal Heart (SAG Award) and The Kids Are All Right (Academy Award nomination). Ruffalo resides in NYC and advocates for renewable energy and addressing climate change.
