Kim A. Snyder is a New York City-based director and producer. Her most recent documentary, Newtown, premiered at Sundance in 2016. Newtown, as well as Snyder’s film Welcome to Shelbyville, was broadcast nationally on PBS's Independent Lens. Snyder graduated with a master’s in international affairs from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
