The 30UNDER30 Film Festival is still seeking film submissions for its third annual celebration of young, aspiring moviemakers, featuring 30 films by 30 filmmakers, all under the age of 30. This eclectic, competitive festival, which is chock full of screenings, Q&As, panels, parties, and prizes, is set to take place September 4th - 6th in New York City and submissions are still being accepted here until August 3rd, which means you have roughly a week to enter and potentially have your work seen and discussed by future filmmakers of tomorrow.

Founded by Tribeca's very own Content Operations Manager Sebastian Rea, the 30UNDER30 Film Festival aims to discover emerging cinematic storytellers and provide them with the opportunity to present their fresh perspectives to audiences in New York and around the world, including some of the entertainment industry's most revered luminaries. (Walter White himself (above) starred in the inaugural Festival's Opening Night selection, Brandon Polanco's short film Writer's Block.)

The 30UNDER30 team is also hosting a pre-festival launch party with Core: Club on August 12th that is open to the public (RSVP here via Eventbrite). Come out to screen trailers from some of the selected films, hear about new festival partnerships and strategies, and meet and reconnect with fellow ambitious members of New York's young filmmaking community.
