Join Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway at Tribeca Film Institute's 2015 Gala: The World Premiere of Warner Bros. Pictures’ THE INTERN

Want to be among the first to see the year's most eagerly-anticipated studio comedy and support the next generation of multimedia artists and cinematic storytellers?
Tribeca Film Institute is hosting the World Premiere of Nancy Meyers' forthcoming The Intern, starring Tribeca's own Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, on Monday, September 21st, to raise funds for their year-round filmmaker, interactive, and education programs.
De Niro stars as 70-year-old widower Ben Whittaker, who, after discovering that retirement isn't all it's cracked up to be, seizes the opportunity to get back in the game by becoming a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Hathaway).
From that intriguing premise, the film takes shape as a typically charming crowd-pleaser from the veteran, Academy Award-nominated writer-director who has given mainstream audiences some of the most easily heartwarming, character-driven rom-coms of the past fifteen years, in the merrily lighthearted forms of The Holiday, It's Complicated, and Something's Gotta Give. Filmed in and around New York City, The Intern also features an ace supporting cast, including Rene Russo (Nightcrawler), Adam DeVine (Pitch Perfect), Andrew Rannells (Girls), Reid Scott (Veep), and Broadway and TV legend Linda Lavin.
The Intern's premiere will take place at the Ziegfeld Theatre followed by an exclusive after-party at Tavern on the Green. And you can buy tickets here!
