The music from The Broken Circle Breakdown, already the top-selling soundtrack of all time in Belgium, is now available for purchase in the US. This energetic collection consists of classic bluegrass songs that receive a fresh spin from The Broken Circle Breakdown Bluegrass Band. This talented group is comprised of the actors and musicians who also appear in the film. The two lead actors, Veerle Baetens and Johan Heldenbergh, make the most of this opportunity to display their considerable musical gifts.Not surprisingly, the Broken Circle Breakdown Bluegrass Band has been out on the road, performing these novel arrangements crafted by the film’s composer Bjorn Eriksson.
