Venue Information
  • Spring Studios (50 Varick St., between Laight and Beach) is the primary location for De Niro Con.
What are the daily hours for De Niro Con?
  • Spring Studios general hours are Friday June 14th - Sunday June 16th, 10am-8pm.
    Select screenings and special events may end later than 8pm.
What is the WebEx Events app?
  • We encourage all De Niro Con attendees to download our WebEx Events app for the best Con experience. In the app, attendees can easily plan their day, sign up for time slots to access the Rupert Pupkin Hall of Fan Experiences and The De Niro Is an Icon: Exhibit & Immersive Film. The app also features a scavenger hunt style game with daily prizes! The De Niro Con app will be available for download beginning May 31st.
Can I purchase tickets in person
  • There are no tickets sold in-person prior to the festival, all transactions must be made online through the Tribeca website. There will be fully operational box offices at our primary screening venues during the event dates.
Can I pay with cash in-person?
  • Box Office locations are cashless and require a credit/debit card to complete a purchase
Are tickets transferable?
  • Yes, all screening tickets are transferable.
Does a Tribeca Festival Pass get access to De Niro Con?
  • Priority access is available for all De Niro Con Passes (Godfather, Goodfella, Johnny Boy). Hudson Pass access is permitted on a space available basis.
Does a Tribeca Festival Ticket Package have access to De Niro Con?
  • No, ticket packages are redeemable for Tribeca Festival screenings only.
Can I reserve a specific seat in advance?
  • All De Niro Con venues are general admission and seats are not assigned. Godfather and Goodfella pass holders will have access to a section of reserved seats for all screening and talk events in the Indeed Theater at Spring Studios.
How early can I arrive at my screening?
  • Lines form at the venue approximately one hour prior to screening start time. We will begin loading attendees 30 mins prior to scheduled start time.
Can I arrive after the screening starts?
  • Late arrivals will be allowed entry on a space available basis and are not guaranteed. Rush/standby tickets are sold to any empty seats in the venue at the start of every screening.
If I misplaced my email confirmation and ticket, can you look me up on site?
  • Venue staff can reference orders on site. However, to prevent delays in entry we highly recommend contacting boxoffice@tribecafilm.com in advance if you misplaced your confirmation email. They will be able to resend your confirmation and ticket.
What are RUSH Tickets?
  • Rush tickets are offered when a screening or event is sold out. The Rush system functions as a standby line that will form at the venue approximately one hour prior to scheduled start time. Admittance is based on availability and will begin roughly 10 minutes prior to program start time. Rush Tickets are the same price as advance tickets and are payable upon entry.
Is parking available at the venue?
  • There is no dedicated attendee parking available at venues. Visit nyc.gov for parking garage locations and rates.
Do I need a ticket for the free programming in the AT&T and Indeed lounges?
  • Free tickets are available while supplies last through the De Niro Con website and are required to attend free programming. Note that a ticket for a free event does not guarantee entry, free events are first come first served and subject to available seating.
Can I bring my own food/beverages?
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Can I take pictures or videos in the DE NIRO IS AN ICON: AN EXHIBIT & IMMERSIVE FILM?
  • Photography and/or filming are not permitted in the exhibit or Hexadome space.
COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS
  • In accordance with NY State Department of Health guidelines, proof of vaccine is not required for venue entry. If there are any changes to the guidelines or venue specific guidelines, they will be available here prior to the 2023 Festival

  • Tribeca strives to make our events an inclusive experience for all. We will continue to expand our accessibility policies and practices in effort to provide accommodations for attendees and guests.

    Accessibility information will be regularly updated here as venues, events and programs for De Niro Con are finalized. This page will be updated on a rolling basis. The following information was updated May 2024

    Closed captions and audio descriptions: Tribeca makes best efforts to ensure that films that are part of the regular De Niro Con program have closed captions available and encourages films to provide audio descriptions. The online 2024 De Niro Con program guide will be regularly updated to indicate which screenings have closed captions and audio descriptions.

    Onsite accessibility devices: Closed captioning, assisted listening and/or audio description devices will be available at regular screening venues, including:
    AMC 19th Street
    Beacon Theatre
    SVA Theatre
    Spring Studios
    Onsite venue staff will be available to assist with access to devices. Please direct any advanced questions or requests to accessibility@tribecafilm.com.

    ASL interpreters: ASL interpreters will be available by request for public De Niro Con events and screenings. Tribeca will make best efforts to fulfill requests made by 10 days in advance of the screening or event. Requests can be made to accessibility@tribecafilm.com.

    Venue accessibility: Tribeca strives to use screening venues that are ADA compliant and accessible. De Niro Con events will take place at the following venues:
    AMC 19th Street - All theaters are wheelchair accessible.
    Beacon Theatre - Theater is wheelchair accessible. Reserved accessible and companion seats will be available on the designated event page at ticketmaster.com once tickets are on sale on April 30th.
    SVA Theatre - Theaters are wheelchair accessible.
    Spring Studios - Note the accessible entrance for Spring Studios is located at 6 St. John’s Lane. (The primary entrance at 50 Varick Street does not have a lift or lamp.) Onsite staff and signage will be available to assist with directions and access to the entrance at 6 St. John’s Lane.

    Tribeca will endeavor to provide information regarding the number and location of wheelchair accessible seats at a particular venue. Requests for such information should be made to accessibility@tribecafilm.com.

    Tickets, Ticket Package and Passes: Patrons with disabilities who purchase a ticket, ticket package or pass prior to accessibility information being posted will be entitled to a full refund if such patron has accessibility concerns in connection with any of the De Niro Con venues.

    Personal attendants and aides: Patrons who require a personal attendant to join them to events may request a complimentary ticket or access for a companion.
