Tribeca pledges to make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations for attendees and guests as additional options, improvements, and adaptations become available.

The following information pertains to in-person events and screenings at the 2023 Tribeca Festival. This page will be updated on an ongoing basis. The following information was last updated on June 1, 2023.
Tribeca makes every effort to ensure films that are part of the regular film program provide closed captions and encourages films to provide audio descriptions. The online 2023 Festival guide will be regularly updated to indicate which screenings provide closed captions and audio descriptions.
Closed captioning, assisted listening and/or audio description devices will be available at regular screening venues, including:

Onsite venue staff will be available to assist with access to devices. Please direct any advanced questions or requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sign language interpreters will be available at select events. These will be listed in the event details in the film guide.
Tribeca will make best efforts to honor requests for ASL interpreters. Please submit such requests to email@example.com at least five (5) days in advance to the event.
All regular Festival venues meet ADA requirements. Upon arrival, please visit the International Symbol of Access signage located at the entrance of each venue. Staff will be available to assist with lifts, alternative access and wheelchair and companion seating onsite.

BMCC TPAC - Theater is wheelchair accessible.
Baby’s All Right - Venue is wheelchair accessible. Note this is a music performance venue with limited seating available.
Beacon Theatre - Theater is wheelchair accessible. Reserved accessible and companion seats will be available on the designated event page at ticketmaster.com once tickets are on sale May 2nd.
SVA Theatre - Theaters are wheelchair accessible.
Spring Studios - Note the accessible entrance for Spring Studios is located at 6 St. John’s Lane. (The primary entrance at 50 Varick Street does not have a lift or ramp.) Onsite staff and signage will be available to assist with directions and access to the entrance at 6 St. John’s Lane.
Village East by Angelika - All theaters are wheelchair accessible.
Tribeca endeavors to provide information about the number and location of wheelchair accessible seats at a particular venue. Requests for such information should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Patrons with disabilities who purchase a ticket, ticket package or pass prior to accessibility information being posted will be entitled to a full refund if such patron experiences any access or accommodation issues at any of the Festival venues.

Tribeca At Home is the online screening portion of the Tribeca Festival. Tribeca works to ensure that films featured on the regular film program slate provide closed captions on the At Home platform as well. Once available, the online 2023 Festival guide will be regularly updated to indicate which screenings provide closed captions.
For filmmakers and guests who require a lactation space, there will be a private designated area at the Tribeca Festival Hub at Spring Studios.
