Graphic Designer (Seasonal) Dates: May 4 – June 14, 2026 ABOUT THE ROLE Do you want to work for one of NYC’s biggest film and media festivals? Reporting to the Design Lead, the Seasonal Graphic Designer will assist in the design and production of branded content for the Tribeca Festival. They will provide critical visual support to the Marketing Team for Tribeca’s social platforms and the Production Team for Tribeca’s venue presence, utilizing both design templates and design thinking to problem solve unique requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create digital and social graphic design solutions based on initial conceptual and visual direction for Tribeca Festival, no task too big or too small.
Work with the Design Lead to support, plan, design, and concept assets.
Work on various design projects related to the Festival, including:
Text-based graphics, social media promotional assets, minor photo editing;
Digital signage and screen cards/holding screens;
Social media and banner ads;
Digital invitations, flyers, and posters;
Preparing files to hand off for videos and motion graphics;
Iterating and adapting existing templates for unique problems that need solving.
Create and revise custom assets for our partners' initiatives during the Festival, including but not limited to the above list.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of design experience, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
BA in design or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Express is a bonus.
A portfolio showcasing an intentional design eye, top-notch typography, and attention to detail; prior experience with social media strongly preferred.
Knowledge of social media and web best practices.
Motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing skills are a huge plus.
Print experience is a huge plus.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative to jump on new assignments.
Ability to take direction from various stakeholders; ability to articulate why design choices were made.
Dedicated to exceeding expectations and requirements of internal and external partners; acts with strategic goals in mind.
Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively in a remote workplace.

Tribeca Festival is seeking an experienced Press Credentialing & Ticketing Manager to oversee press and publicist credentialing and ticketing for the 2026 Tribeca Festival, including 1,000+ members of the press and 300+ publicists. This seasonal role requires live events and/or festival operations expertise, exceptional organizational skills, quick decision-making abilities, and a customer service-oriented approach under high-pressure, high-volume conditions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Credentialing Management Oversee the complete press and publicist credentialing process from application through festival completion, including reviewing, approving, and issuing credentials for domestic and international press, photographers, and publicists. Verify and authenticate media outlets, freelancers, and industry professionals while managing the credentialing database with meticulous accuracy. Create and enforce credentialing policies and coordinate with security on access levels. Press Ticketing Operations Manage press ticketing inventory and allocation across all festival venues, processing ticket requests for screenings, panels, and special events. Coordinate with internal teams and venues on press allocation, troubleshoot ticketing issues in real-time during festival operations, and generate reports on press attendance and credential/ticket utilization. Communication & Coordination Serve as primary contact for press and publicist credential inquiries, communicating credentialing policies, deadlines, and procedures. Coordinate with PR, programming, and operations teams on press access needs and manage onsite credential pickup during the festival. Utilize credentialing and ticketing platforms to create and maintain tracking systems and reports. Coordinate onsite ticketing and press space needs at Spring Studios pre-festival and during festival.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5-8 years of experience in festival credentialing, ticketing, or accreditation operations
Proven experience with major film festivals, awards shows, or large-scale live events
Proficiency with credentialing/ticketing platforms and database management
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage high-volume workflows under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with quick decision-making abilities and professional customer service approach
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be available to work onsite in New York City during festival and key prep periods

Branded Content Producer (Seasonal) Dates: March 30 - June 19
ABOUT THE ROLE Tribeca is seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced seasonal Branded Content Producer. This person will be instrumental to the success of partnerships and activations during the Tribeca Festival, extending their reach across Tribeca’s O&O channels through strategic, compelling content. Reporting to the Social Media Lead, and collaborating closely with the Activations Team, the Branded Content Producer will support creative development and ideation, production and execution, and project management of all external-facing partner content. ABOUT YOU Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented producer with a strong sense of visual storytelling, branded content, and what performs on social media. Equally comfortable managing timelines and pitching creative ideas, they bring a solution-oriented mindset to fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of partner content across digital channels, while keeping Tribeca’s audience engagement top of mind.
Oversee social reporting and insights for partners, including social listening and performance metrics as requested.
Ensure all partnership deliverables are met by mid-summer, including reporting and content wrap-ups.
REQUIREMENTS
4–5 years of experience in partnerships, branded content, or sponsorship execution
Experience producing branded content for social media, ideally within entertainment, media, or live events
Strong relationship management and client communication skills
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Familiarity with social publishing and analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social)
Demonstrated ability in performance analysis and wrap reporting
Ability to work in-office Tuesday-Thursday leading up to the Festival

ABOUT THE ROLE The Production Accountant will join Tribeca’s finance team to assist in the financial oversight of Tribeca’s corporate, live events, and commercial production endeavors. Tribeca’s business encompasses the production of live events including the world-renowned Tribeca Festival, the award-winning original content studio, Tribeca Studios, and the award-winning commercial production studio, m ss ng p eces. The Production Accountant will report to the VP, Finance, and work with internal teams as well as external clients to help ensure that accurate and meaningful financial data is available to the finance team and senior leadership in a timely manner. We are a hybrid team that requires 3 days in our NYC office and 2 days remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze production expenses by project, comparing to budget, and updating projections.
Update monthly cash flow projections for commercial production entity.
Liaise with producers, production managers, line producers, and agencies
Manage application for production expense processing (RAMP).
Prepare commercial production entity workpapers.
Manage accounts receivable for commercial production.
Prepare monthly variance analysis of commercial production entity overhead expenses to budget.
Prepare monthly financial statement workpapers for corporate and live events for all balance sheet accounts.
Support audits and client financial reviews as needed
Assisting with special projects as needed.
